Copy & Print

We offer a variety of printing and copying services provided through self-service or full service. Email your documents to us in advance or print on site using our guest computer. We now offer a guest wifi network to enable printing from your own device. Black & white and color copies. Related services include: faxing, scanning, laminating, collating, stapling, specialty paper choices.

Mailbox Rental

We keep our base membership price low by charging mailbox subscribers based on the number of packages received each month. All of our subscription memberships include unlimited mail.

Mailbox subscriptions require a 3-month minimum.

We also offer Pay-Per-Package service, with no subscription fee and $5 per package.

*Oversized packages are defined as packages longer than 20 inches in any direction or greater than 20 pounds in weight.

**Regular packages are are defined as packages shorter than 20 inches in every direction, and less than 20 pounds in weight.

Notary Public

We have a notary public on staff during most of our business hours.

Pack & Ship

We offer full service shipping options through USPS, FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, and DHL. We accept pre-labeled USPS, FedEx, and DHL packages free of charge. We accept UPS packages for a $1 fee (waived for our mailbox rental customers.) We carry a range of shipping supplies including boxes, mailers, shipping tape, bubble wrap, envelopes, and stamps. How do I sign up for a mailbox membership?

Please visit us in person during our business hours for mailbox signup. We require two forms of identification from the list here. If you are not currently located in Philadelphia and would like to sign up for a mailbox account remotely, please email us here to request remote signup.

How does mailbox membership work?

When you sign up for a mailbox, you will receive a mailbox number to use along with our address for your shipments. Each time we receive an item for you with a tracking number, we will send you an email and/or text message notification. Visit our store anytime during our business hours to pick up your package, or request a delivery to your home here.

Do you accept items that require signatures?

Yes, we receive items that require signatures, including alcohol deliveries.

Is there a limit on how many packages I can receive, or the size of the packages I receive?

No, there is no limit to the number of items received or the size of those items. We can receive anything that will fit through our door, which is 35″x82″.

Our package inventory system keeps track of the number of items received and whether those items qualify as “oversize.” Each month, your membership charges will vary depending on the number of items received and their size.
